Who is it for?
The College is for individuals who realise that the best way to stand out in a field is to make use of thinking from other fields.
Here, leaders, founders, and strategists rub shoulders with designers, educators, and artists. Whether you are an innovator, an operator, or a corporate rebel, you will find like-minded allies from industries you would normally never associate with – if you were even aware of their existence!
Past participants have not just come from big name companies such as Google, Disney, IKEA and the United Nations, but also from artistic spaces and entrepreneurial communities. We have alumni from Thai eco-startups, Dutch escape room circles, and Greek yacht tourism, mixed in with Oscar winning filmmakers, hotshot management consultants and British castle owners.
In short, we can’t tell you who you will meet at the College, but we can promise you that they will be people, who exist in different bubbles than your own.
This diversity of thought, origin and style is not just nice to have.

like their learning to primarily happen in structured sessions, and dislike the possibility that a random midnight conversation in a hallway might unlock just as many new insights
