Chief Learning & Innovation Officer
Whether you sign up for one lecture or for all of them, Elena will be your host. An award-winning experience designer and social innovator, Elena is a two-time TEDx speaker and a Professor at the Institute of Social Innovation in Barcelona. When not working as part of the College team, she combines her expertise in sustainability, social innovation, and immersive design to mentor over 2,000 organisations globally and lectures across Europe.

Anyone interested in the field of experience design. The lectures range widely in subject matter, but are all industry-agnostic; meaning that it matters less if you work in finance or retail or education – as long as you’re curious about how to design better experiences!
Each lecture is a live session. Every session is recorded, and replay access is provided for 90 days.
Yes! You can either sign up for a single class or choose the full series pass for maximum value.
At this time, there are no formal scholarships, but we aim to keep pricing accessible. If cost is a barrier, feel free to reach out to discuss options.

No problem! If you purchase an individual class, you’ll have 7-day access to the replay. If you purchase the full series, you’ll get 7-day replay access for each lecture.
Yes! With the €99 full series pass, you’ll receive access to all lectures + 90-day replay access for each session.
All lectures are hosted on Zoom. Once registered, you’ll receive an email with your unique link to join.
All you need is Zoom, and a stable internet connection. Naturally, we recommend a webcam and a microphone as well, so you can participate in discussions, but you can manage without those if needed!
Yes! Every lecture includes a Q&A segment, where you can ask questions and engage with the Professor leading the lecture.
