What participants tend to lend with

Personal leadership value

better understanding of how they communicate under pressure

sharper sense of their personal risk profile

more honest insight into team dynamics

Professional value

stronger decision-making awareness

more useful reflection than most classroom trainings create

insights that transfer back into real leadership contexts

a sharper sense of how to lead when
the situation is messy, human, and unclear

For your organization – be it big or small – this is a leadership laboratory.

A safe environment that allows you to observe leadership behaviour in real time, and to do so alongside guides, who will help you turn those observations into learnings.

The Group

When it comes to size, each Expedition is intentionally small, with only around ten participants.
There is a good chance there will be a mix of managers, founders, team leaders and consultants from various fields.

This allows for: more meaningfull connections
deeper reflection
stronger connections between participants

As a leader, is this for me?

This learning format is not for everyone,
and that is intentional.

Some leaders prefer clean models, clear recommendations and actionable conclusions. Others thrive in situations where you need to act first and reflect afterwards.
This workshop is for leaders who prefer that second type of leadership training. While the battlefields are (fortunately!) simulated, this approach allows participants to engage with very real challenges like uncertainty, time pressure and incomplete information.
And don’t worry - this requires no previous gaming experience, or deep historical knowledge!

A strong fit if you: • lead people, projects, clients, or decisions
• are good at what you do, but want to see yourself more clearly under pressure
• learn better through action and reflection than through slide decks
• value thoughtful conversation with people outside your usual bubble
This experience may not be a good fit if you prefer: • passive learning
• fixed leadership frameworks
• purely theoretical discussions
• a standard conference or classroom-style training
